Project Description:
The main objective of this project is the development of a virtual reality video game entitled “Día-D”, which seeks to provide an immersive and innovative experience. This video game combines a historical narrative based on the Second World War with elements of horror and action, allowing players to experience combat and survival situations in a realistic environment.
The specific objectives of the project are:
-
To create a hyper-realistic virtual reality experience that immerses players in historical scenarios, carefully designed to reflect the aesthetics and details of the era, generating a high degree of immersion.
-
To develop advanced gameplay mechanics including combat, exploration, puzzle-solving, and character progression. These mechanics are designed to stimulate both teamwork and individual player skill.
-
To convey messages about bravery and adversity in a conflict context, as well as to explore the ethical and emotional consequences of war, so that players can reflect on the impact of their decisions on the game’s narrative.
-
To integrate artificial intelligence technologies that allow variations in enemy behavior and the environment, adapting the experience in real time for each player and enhancing the sense of realism and naturalness in the game.
-
To implement a wireless multiplayer system that allows a group of up to 10 players to share the same experience in a large physical space, facilitating smooth and natural interaction among them in the virtual environment.
