Virtual Zone Nexus S.L. has developed a technological investment project aimed at strengthening the company’s digitalization, operational efficiency, and internal management capabilities through the implementation of a cloud ERP solution based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Virtual Zone Nexus is a technology company specialized in the design, development, and commercialization of immersive virtual reality experiences. Its activity combines proprietary content, multiplayer technology, standalone devices, and an infrastructure adapted for the deployment of experiences both in physical venues and in mobile formats. The company operates centers in several Spanish cities and focuses its business activity on immersive entertainment, corporate events, training, culture, technology licensing, and expansion through new operating models.
The investment project aims to modernize the company’s internal management processes by providing an integrated tool to centralize economic, financial, commercial, and operational information. The implementation of Business Central will improve data traceability, reduce manual tasks, optimize administrative workflows, and provide a more accurate and up-to-date view of business activity.
The project mainly impacts financial management processes, purchasing, sales, invoicing, collections, payments, banking, treasury, taxes, analytics, document control, user permissions, change auditing, and integration with Microsoft 365 environment tools. This improvement is especially relevant for a growing company operating across multiple locations, with B2C and B2B services, proprietary technology projects, and expansion models through licensing, franchising, and mobile services.
Thanks to this investment, Virtual Zone Nexus is moving toward a more digitalized, scalable, and efficient management model capable of supporting the company’s national and international growth.
