The Ruzafa neighborhood is located in the center of Valencia. It was once a working-class neighborhood, but in recent years it has become a very lively and multicultural area, with a large number of bars, shops, cultural spaces, and restaurants, where you can enjoy traditional food or international dishes. Don’t forget its traditional market, where you can find the finest produce from Valencia’s fertile land and enjoy tapas nearby.

In the 19th century, with the arrival of the railroad, Ruzafa experienced significant development, transforming into an industrial neighborhood. Many workers moved here to work in the factories and workshops established in the area.

Ruzafa is also known for its Fallas tradition, where the stunning street lights compete to become more artistic each year, earning numerous awards. Its streets reflect the best of Valencia’s culture and history. Prominent figures like Literato Azorín, Maestro Serrano, or Doctor Landete have their space here. It even hosted the headquarters of the city’s pride, Valencia CF.

You can easily reach Virtual Zone Valencia by train. The North Station is a 7-minute walk away. The nearest metro stop (Colón) is 9 minutes away. If you’re walking, we’re 6 minutes from the Plaza de Toros and 5 minutes from MediaMarkt.

I went with six other people and we chose the Alien Invasion plan in Valencia, with 3D simulations of well-known locations. It’s a highly recommended plan for families, friends, or work teams. We arrived early — I’d suggest getting there about 15 minutes in advance for the introduction. We were treated really well, there are lockers to leave your belongings and be completely comfortable, the instructions were clear, and they were always with us to guide us throughout the session.They also assist in English, so there’s no problem if you don’t speak Spanish.
