Project description
The main objective of this project is the development of a virtual reality video game titled “D-Day”, aimed at providing an immersive and innovative experience. This video game combines a historical narrative based on World War II with horror and action elements, allowing players to experience combat and survival situations in a realistic environment.
The specific objectives of the project are:
-
To create a hyper-realistic virtual reality experience that immerses players in historical scenarios, carefully designed to reflect the aesthetics and details of the period, generating a high level of immersion.
-
To develop advanced gameplay mechanics including combat, exploration, puzzle-solving, and character progression. These mechanics are designed to encourage both teamwork and individual player skill.
-
To convey messages about courage and adversity in a conflict context, while also exploring the ethical and emotional consequences of war, allowing players to reflect on the impact of their decisions within the game’s narrative.
-
To integrate artificial intelligence technologies that enable variations in enemy behavior and environmental dynamics, adapting the experience in real time for each player and increasing the sense of realism and natural interaction within the game.
-
To implement a wireless multiplayer gameplay system that allows a group of up to 10 players to share the same experience in a large physical space, enabling smooth and natural interaction between them within the virtual environment.
