Project description
Virtual Zone Nexus drives its business digitalisation with the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Technological innovation project for the improvement of financial, operational and administrative management of a Valencian company specialised in immersive virtual reality experiences.
Virtual Zone Nexus S.L. has developed a technological investment project aimed at strengthening the digitalisation, operational efficiency and internal management capacity of the company through the implementation of a cloud ERP solution based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Virtual Zone Nexus is a technology company specialised in the design, development and commercialisation of immersive virtual reality experiences. Its activity combines proprietary content, multiplayer technology, autonomous devices and infrastructure adapted for the deployment of experiences both in physical centres and in itinerant format. The company has operational centres in various Spanish cities and develops activity oriented towards immersive entertainment, corporate events, training, culture, technology licensing and expansion through new business models.
The investment project aims to modernise the company’s internal management processes, providing it with an integrated tool to centralise economic, financial, commercial and operational information. The implementation of Business Central will improve data traceability, reduce manual tasks, optimise administrative processes and provide a more precise and up-to-date view of business activity.
The action primarily affects financial management, purchasing, sales, invoicing, collections, payments, banking, treasury, taxes, analytics, document control, user permissions, change auditing and integration with Microsoft 365 ecosystem tools. This improvement is particularly relevant for a growing company with activity in multiple locations, B2C and B2B services, proprietary technology projects and expansion models through licences, franchises and itinerant services.
Thanks to this investment, Virtual Zone Nexus moves towards a more digitalised, scalable and efficient management model, capable of supporting the national and international growth of the company. The implementation of the new system will allow for more homogeneous processes, centralised information, greater control of activity and better analytical capabilities for decision-making.

- Improve the efficiency of financial and administrative processes.
- Optimise purchasing, sales, invoicing, collections and payments workflows.

Expected results
The investment will allow Virtual Zone Nexus to have a more robust, integrated and adapted business management solution for its current and future needs.
